Mites Program & Mini-mites
Welcome to the Wheatfield Blades Mini Mites and Mites Program
Registration begins April 2024!
All skill levels are welcome!
- Birth Years: Mite 2016 & 2017, Mini-Mite 2018 & 2019
- 2 Ice-times per week starting in September 2024 and run through March 1, 2025 (some holiday & special event weeks may be less than 2 sessions or alter ice-times)
- Weekly games
- Players receive
- 2 Jerseys
- 1 pair of socks
- Participant award at the end of the season
- Early Bird Price: $560 until May 31st, 2024.
- Regular Price: $600 from June 1st, 2024 onward

*All coaches are USA Hockey Certified with several years of coaching and playing experience*
Age Categories
Mites: 2016 and 2017; 8 years old and under
Mini Mites: 2018 and 2019; 6 years old and under
2024-25 Program Details
- 2 ice sessions per week for a minimum of 25 weeks (some holiday and special event weeks may be less than 2 sessions). Starting in September 2024 and running until March 2025
- Players will receive 2 jerseys and 1 pair of socks
- Practices and games will follow USA Hockey ADM Model
- Teams will be selected based on skill level to strive for evenly matched, fun games
- Focus on skill building, teamwork, game knowledge, fun and love for the game
